Step 1

Combine the strawberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until the strawberries are completely broken down and the mixture is pink in color. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

Step 2

Whisk in the chia seeds to each layer and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.

Step 3

Spoon the first layer into a serving cup.

Step 4

Then top with the next layer.

Step 5

Repeat, alternating colors until the glass is full.
