In a very large skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat. Add in the onions, salt and red pepper flakes. Sauté until the onions are translucent. Add in the garlic and parsley.
Add in the vegetable broth, artichoke hearts, and olives. Cover and cook until warmed through. Uncover and cook until most of the broth has evaporated.
