Healthy Banana Baked Oatmeal With Berries Recipe

Banana Berry Baked Oatmeal is a make-ahead breakfast recipe that will have you eating a great breakfast all week.

It is full of juicy berries and oats that form into a breakfast cake!

Ingredients Bananas Almond milk OR soy milk Maple syrup Vanilla extract Rolled oats Ground flax seeds Cinnamon Salt Frozen (or fresh) mixed berries Dried goji berries

Let's make Banana Baked Oatmeal With Berries

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray. In a bowl, mash the bananas until they are smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk in the mashed banana and set aside.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, cinnamon and salt.

Step 4

Add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir to combine.

Step 5

Fold in all of the goji berries and 3/4 cup of the frozen berries.
