Avocado Fries Recipe with Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce

Everyone’s favorite vegetable gets turned into everyone’s favorite fast food side dish, and the result is mind blowing!
Ingredients Mayo Juice and zest from 1 lime Cilantro Avocados Oat flour Salt Garlic powder Onion powder Pepper Unsweetened almond milk Breadcrumbs
Let's make Avocado Fries
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking tray with nonstick foil and coat with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the flour breading station. In another bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the liquid breading station.
Avocado Fries with Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce 4. In a third bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients in the breadcrumb breading station.
Take an avocado wedge, and coat it in the flour breading mixture, then quickly coat it in the liquid, and then cover it with breadcrumbs. Place the avocado fry on the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining avocado wedges.
Add the fries to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Gently flip the fries and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with dip.
