Avocados that give these fries their irresistibly creamy texture are loaded with nutrition. They have more potassium than a banana, and are full of fiber. Their fat content is satiating which can lead to eating less overall. Avocados can also improve heart health, prevent cancer, relieve arthritis, and lower LDL cholesterol levels. And all those healthy fats are beautiful food! They can nourish your hair, skin and nails.

The cilantro adds a bright flavor to our dipping sauce and can help with detox. Cilantro is one of a few foods that can remove excess heavy metals from the body along with toxins that can drain on our energy levels. Cilantro can also lower anxiety, improve sleep, and sooth a stomach ache.

There are a few tips for perfect avocado fries:

First, buy your avocados under-ripe. You want the avocados to be dark green, but firm to the touch. As the avocados bake, they will soften, and become the perfect texture. Using ripe avocados will result in mushy fries.

Second, you want to eat these fries immediately. When you do, you will be rewarded with crispy coated exteriors and creamy rich interiors. But wait to enjoy these tasty fries and you will have soggy breading and mushy fries, far from the intended result.

But follow these two tips and you will have perfect fries, every time!
