Healthy Apple Muffins with Spiced Crumble Recipe

Let's make these Apple Muffins

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12-count muffin tin with liners and set aside.

Step 2

Add all the wet ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.

Step 4

Add the dry ingredients into the wet and stir to combine.

Step 5

To make the crumble, whisk together all of the ingredients except the coconut oil. Add in the coconut oil and use your fingers to “pinch” the coconut oil into the flour, until it is evenly incorporated and clumps form.

Step 6

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
