Homemade cinnamon rolls snack are much healthier for you than a cookie or other fatty snack. And they’re incredibly easy to make, too!

Ingredients Pitted dried dates Almond, ground Rolled oats Cinnamon Dash of salt White sugar

Step 1

Grinding process: Begin by grinding your almonds into meal with a food processor, Magic Bullet, or the like. Then combine the almond meal with the rest of the ingredients and put them in your food processor.

Step 2

Blending: Blend them until everything is completely combined and ground up. It should be moist enough so that it holds together when you press it between your hands. If it’s too dry, add a very small amount of water and blend again.

Step 3

Roll them: Begin rolling the mixture into one inch balls between the palms of your hands, pressing firmly so they keep their shape.
