Monkey Bread Twists

I don’t know about you, but there are days when I crave sweet bread- a quick, bread recipe I can make in a few simple steps, that satisfy my sweet tooth. Here’s a traditional monkey bread recipe with a twist.

Pull some basic ingredients from your pantry and let’s get started.

Ingredients Granulated sugar Cinnamon Pillsbury Grands Chopped walnuts Brown sugar Butter or margarine

Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a cake pan or baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Step 3

Divide the biscuit dough into their precut parts.  Gently pull them apart to stretch the dough without tearing them.  Use a rolling pin and your fingers to flatten them to the desired thickness.  This is optional, but it certainly makes it fun to eat!
