Delicious Baked Sweet Potato With Crumble Toppings – Twice Baked

Ingredients Sweet potatoes Maple syrup Vanilla extract Cinnamon Salt Chopped pecans Rolled oats Maple syrup Coconut oil

Let's make Baked Sweet Potato With Crumble Toppings

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake the sweet potatoes until soft to the touch. Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, cut out a circle in the top of each potato and scoop out the insides, leaving a thin layer of flesh behind.

Step 2

Mash the filling and stir in the maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

Step 3

Spoon the filling back into the potatoes.

Step 4

Stir together the crumble ingredients. Top with crumble and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve with an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
