Sometimes it’s difficult to get the recommended daily intake of vegetables during our busy lives, but there are ways to sneak them in while you’re on the go. Vegetable smoothies can be made ahead of time, and consumed during your commute – making them a wonderful way to add some extra nutrition to your diet.
